 In preparation for the upcoming 2025 proposed budget submissions, on August 5^th Rural Development issued a Stakeholder Announcement sharing a proposed budget training for stakeholders that focused on Form RD 3560-7.

As you know, proposed budget submissions are due 90 days prior to start of the fiscal year (October 1) if there is a proposed rent or utility allowance change and 60 days prior to start of the fiscal year, if there is no proposed rent or utility allowance change.
