On October 11, 2020, Rural Development’s Office of Multifamily Housing structural realignment was finalized which, in some cases, redistributed the existing portfolio to a servicing Specialist within our new Field Operations Division. Nancie-Ann Bodell, Deputy Administrator for MFH, along with her leadership team recorded the following video providing an overview of the new MFH Organizational Structure.
