CARH BROADCAST E-MAIL – Midyear Meeting Update

“Early Bird” registration discounts will end Monday, December 2, for CARH’s 2025 Midyear Meeting to be held January 27-29 at The Ritz-Carlton Bacarra in Santa Barbara, California. To take advantage of these lowest registration fees, submit your registration form and payment to the CARH National Office by COB Monday! Registration fees will increase on December 3rd after the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, so register now to get the best price!
CARH is also pleased to provide meeting attendees with a preferred rate at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara until January 2, 2025. The discounted room rate is $359 per night for single/double occupancy. For reservations, please call the hotel at 844-252-9422 and identify yourself as part of the “Council for Affordable & Rural Housing” or “CARH” room block. Reservations can also be made online by clicking here. Strong attendance is expected; therefore, we encourage all CARH members to make your reservations as soon as possible and before the rooms within our meeting block sell out.
The detailed meeting brochure will be available in the coming weeks. For travel and planning purposes, the meeting will begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Monday, January 27 and close at approximately 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 29.
