CARH’s 2025 Midyear Meeting scheduled for January 27-29 at The Ritz-Carlton, Bacara in Santa Barbara, California is fast approaching. The Meeting Brochure, which includes the full agenda and a partial list of featured speakers, can be viewed and downloaded by clicking here.

With holiday celebrations happening over the next couple of weeks, we want to ensure that important cutoff dates aren’t overlooked!

HOTEL

Please make your hotel reservations now! The guestroom block is filling quickly, and the deadline to receive the discounted group rate of $359 per night, single or double occupancy is Thursday, January 2, 2025. However, the block may sell out before that date! To reserve your room online, click here or call the hotel’s reservation desk at 844-252-9422, and reference the “Council for Affordable and Rural Housing” or “CARH” room block. If you have an issue while making your reservation, please reach out to Anne Stuart at astuart@verizon.net. Additionally, if you must cancel your hotel reservation, please contact Anne before doing so.

REGISTRATION

Discounted meeting registration also ends Thursday, January 2. To receive a discounted registration rate, please submit your registration form and payment to CARH’s National Office before that date! CARH registration information can also be found on the website, www.carh.org.

CARH’s registration fees will increase on Friday, January 3rd, so please register now!

GOLF TOURNAMENT

On Tuesday, January 28, attendees have the opportunity to play in a golf tournament at the Sandpiper Golf Club located next to The Ritz-Carlton. There is a separate registration form for the tournament. Click here to register and/or sponsor. Registration/sponsor forms for the golf tournament are also due January 2, 2025. Tee times will begin at noon. Transportation to and from the hotel will be provided.
