USDA Rural Development Announces a Stakeholder Listening Session on the MFH Transfer Process

On August 22, 2024, RD sent out the following information:

Rural Development (RD) Multifamily Housing (MFH) is inviting RD stakeholders to share their experience with the transfer process, to include the simple transfer pilot process. This is an opportunity for the Agency to learn how these processes function from the customer lens.

Register for a Stakeholder Listening Session

Rural Development is hosting a virtual listening session open to all RD stakeholders. Hearing perspectives from MFH stakeholders is important to the Agency as it reviews the transfer process and the simple transfer pilot. The session will be held on September 5, 2024. Interested participants should pre-register. A confirmation notice will be emailed to registrants.
