Important Survey for Housing Providers 

CARH’S BROADCAST E-MAIL – Member Update

The affordable rental housing industry has been engaged in important advocacy efforts related to COVID-19 and rental housing. The National Leased Housing Association (NLHA), one of CARH’s closest partners, has formulated a survey to collect data to further inform what impact the pandemic is having (both short-term and long-term) on housing providers and the rental market. NLHA requested that CARH share the survey with our members to ensure that the rural industry is included in the final report.

Please forward this survey to the person in your organization that can provide information on the type and number of units, locations, vacancy issues, impact on future investment, evictions, etc. A report will be produced to assess the negative impacts of COVID-19 on rental housing providers which will be widely distributed.

The deadline for completion is Tuesday, August 18.
