CARH’s 2025 Midyear Meeting, “Creating Opportunities in a Changing Environment,” is quickly approaching! The meeting will be held January 27-29 at The Ritz-Carlton Bacarra in sunny Santa Barbara, California.

Additionally, CARH’s standing committees will meet on Monday, January 27, beginning at 8:00 a.m. All meeting attendees are encouraged to participate in any committee meeting that is relevant to their business. The committee chairs want to hear from you! If you are interested in placing a particular issue on the agenda for the following committee meetings, e-mail your suggestion to carh@carh.org.

Following the committee meetings, CARH’s Board of Directors will hold their meeting, at which all attendees are also welcome to attend.

Hotel Information
CARH is also pleased to provide attendees with a preferred rate at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara until January 2, 2025. The discounted room rate is $359 per night for single/double occupancy. For reservations, please call the hotel at 844-252-9422 and identify yourself as part of the “Council for Affordable & Rural Housing” or “CARH” room block. Reservations can also be made online by clicking here. If you haven’t already done so, please make your room reservations as soon as possible as the room block is quickly filling up! Additionally, if you must cancel your hotel reservation, please contact Anne Stuart at astuart@verizon.net before doing so.
Golf Tournament
On Tuesday, January 28, attendees will have the opportunity to play in a golf tournament at the Sandpiper Golf Club located next to The Ritz-Carlton. There is a separate registration form for the tournament. Click here to register and/or sponsor. Registration/sponsor forms for the golf tournament are due January 2, 2025. Tee times will begin at noon. Transportation to and from the hotel will be provided.
