Treasury Issues New Revised FAQs for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program

On March 16, 2021, the Department of Treasury issued new revised Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding the Emergency Rental Assistance Program. These FAQs supercede any previous FAQs.

CARH Submits Comments and Signs onto Stakeholder Letter Regarding HUD’s Proposed Rule on Implementation of NSPIRE

On March 15, CARH submitted comments to HUD on their proposed rule regarding implementation of National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE). In addition, CARH signed on to a letter from affordable housing stakeholders to HUD on the NSPIRE implementation proposed rule.
