On May 20, 2020, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency released a press release that included the final rule on CRA regulations as well as a list of CRA qualifying activities. CARH commented on the original proposed rule and will analyze the final rule. This will be a topic of discussion at CARH’s 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting & Legislative Conference on June 22-23.
